Attorney Profile
Sandra R.B. Wallace, Founder
A multi-generational Florida native, Sandra grew up in Palm Beach County and has seen the area grow and change over time. She is also a second generation attorney, as her father also practices law with the firm. This perspective gives her a broad view of the community and assists her in advising clients purchasing or selling property in the area.
Drawn to the practice of real estate law by the variety and complex aspects of real estate transactions, she enjoys helping people understand the processes and implications of their options. Aiming to take the stress off of her client's shoulders, she assists with negotiation and guidance from the initial offer all the way through the closing and issuance of the title policy. Her goal is to make each transaction as smooth as possible for her clients so that they can rest easy knowing that they are in the hands of someone who cares about what is best for them and who will go to bat for them.
Sandra has spent nine years helping people achieve their real estate dreams with personalized guidance and support. Regularly counseling clients on the nuances of contracts, title insurance, the closing process, and investment guidance, she seeks to provide straightforward advice and protect her clients' assets and rights.
Graduating from Jupiter High School, she then went on to Florida State University (Go Noles!) where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in English. Following college, she worked as a social worker, in construction, and in the title insurance industry before going back to Florida State for her law degree. While in law school, Sandra completed the Environmental and Land Use Certificate program and focused her studies on real property law and financing.
