Practice Areas
Real Estate Law
Â
As a Florida native who grew up in Palm Beach County, Sandra R.B. Wallace has seen many changes in the area as it grows. She started working in the title insurance industry in 2005 and that work made her decide to become an attorney and practice real estate law. Assisting people in achieving their dreams of homeownership is her favorite part of the job.
Â
Sandra, admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009, founded Wallace Law, P.A. with the goal of providing clients with personalized service so that they can focus on what really matters, which is their lives. She seeks to make each transaction as smooth as possible.
Â
Her real estate practice includes:
Real estate closings, both residential and commercial, including issuing title insurance
Landlord/Tenant issues, including lease drafting and evictions
General contract negotiations and dispute assistance
Representation of parties to real estate sales transactions, which includes advising the client on contract terms and assisting in the drafting and negotiation of the contract, review of the closing documents, reviewing the title commitment and related documents, and attending closing, if desired
Guidance for Realtors® in commission disputes and contract questions
Preparation of Power of Attorney documents needed for real estate transactions

Probate of Estates
Â
Sandra also assists families in times of need, when someone has passed away. After a death, there are many issues that need to be dealt with and she tries to remove some of this burden to allow clients to grieve while the legal issues are handled. She can answer your questions about probate, the administration of estates, or whether property can be distributed without going through the court system, which is the case for many assets, such as life insurance and bank accounts, if they are set up properly.
Â
If you have questions about whether your assets are currently titled properly to avoid probate, she can also assist with that.
Â
Her probate practice includes:
Formal Administration of Estates
Summary Administration of Estates, for estates valued at less than $75,000 or a decedent who has been dead for at least two years
Ancillary Administrations, when the estate has been, or is currently being, probated in another jurisdiction
Will and codicil drafting and ancillary documents, such as a Health Care Surrogate Designation and Living Wills, as well as Powers of Attorney
Guardianship Issues
